Hi, I’m Jennelle

I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate the endless noise around food and health. One day it’s “eat this,” the next it’s “avoid that.” Before long, it feels impossible to know what’s right for you. That’s where I come in.

Food is more than fuel — it’s connection, healing, and joy. My role is to help you quiet the confusion, tune into what your body needs, and create a way of eating that feels nourishing, realistic, and empowering.

I believe in nourishing the body and soul, not chasing perfection. Together, we’ll focus on small, sustainable shifts that add up to meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is compassionate and supportive — never about shame or strict rules.

My Approach

Nutrition isn’t about following the latest trend or forcing yourself into a rigid plan. It’s about finding what works for you — in your real life, with your real challenges and goals. When we work together, my focus is on making healthy changes feel achievable, supportive, and sustainable.

Who I work with

I work with adults and teens (16+) who are navigating different stages of life and health. Some come to me with a specific medical concern, while others simply want to feel better in their everyday routines. No matter where you’re starting from, my goal is to provide support that feels realistic, respectful, and tailored to you.

Many of my clients are:

  • Managing health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or digestive issues.

  • Building lasting habits that feel flexible, nourishing, and sustainable.

  • Balancing busy schedules as parents, caregivers, students, or professionals.

  • Seeking a better relationship with food — one that brings confidence, peace, and joy.

Whether you’re a parent juggling family meals, a professional on the go, or someone simply wanting to feel better in your day-to-day life, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with support that fits.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I honour and express deep gratitude to all First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples who have cared for this land with wisdom and stewardship that has sustained it for generations.

As a dietitian practicing in Chatham-Kent, I am committed to ongoing learning, listening, and advocating for food systems that are equitable, just, and sustainable. A vital part of this journey includes embracing traditional foods and growing practices that honour and protect the land, water, and animals.

Together, we share a responsibility to act with respect for the environment that sustains all life. I remain dedicated to learning from those who have upheld these values and ways of knowing, ensuring a future rooted in respect, reciprocity, and care for generations to come.
